Moving Tips
Dear Buyer,
My goal is to find you the right home, at the best price, in the right neighbourhood, with the least amount of problems! I appreciate that many first-time buyers need extra attention and the security of knowing that they are making a sound decision. I work tirelessly for my clients, always making sure that their best interests are served.
To accomplish this we will go through the following steps:
- First I will meet to discuss your wants and needs, which should give me a clear idea of the ideal home for you.
- I will explain Buyer Agency with you so you will fully understand how I will be working for you, keeping your best interest in mind. This will allow me to advise and guide you throughout the buying process.
- I will conduct a search of properties that meet your criteria and email, or fax them to you as soon as they appear on MLS.
- I will organize viewings of the homes that you are interested in, at your convenience. I will also accompany you to all of the properties and if you so choose I will offer advice on price, location etc.
- I will provide you with a market analysis of properties in the area so you can make an informed offer.
- I will prepare the offer for you and help advise you on the clauses we should include to best protect you.
- I have years of negotiating experience and I will put this experience to use to get you the best price for your new home.
- I can offer you several contacts for: home inspectors, lawyers, mortgage brokers and even moving companies. See my links page for a partial list of contacts.
- I will attend and monitor any building inspections of your home.
- I will stay with the deal through to closing, making sure that any potential problems are tackled head-on before they arise, giving you peace of mind.
- I will be there for you every step of the way, ensuring a smooth transition into your new home.
- I will follow up with you after your move to make sure that you are completely satisfied.
